  The location of the apartment is great! It’s is very clean, nicely decorated and has all the amenities one would need (even for a longer stay). It was very comfortable. The check-in was very easy and our host was very kind, who even helped us with our suitcases. Also the support staff was very helpful and prompt to respond! I highly recommend this place for your stay in Bologna!

  The only good thing about this apartment is the location, top center and close to everything.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was not clean enough. I asked them in advance to have the sofa prepared for the 3rd person and it wasn’t. The sofa mattress was dirty, the extra linen for the sofa was dirty too, all in stains that could not be washed. When I asked for new clean linen, they requested a proof with photos:( They brought the new linen 1 day before we left. This was unacceptable for the price we paid. The bathroom shower was very old, half broken. Half of the lights were broken and blinking. It looks like the property is not well maintained. On top of that, I found the whole check in process cumbersome. I received tons of messages from the company managing the property. The process occupied too much of my time.

  Excellent location very close to the old centre of Bologna but also very quiet. Comfortable apartment although it would be very small for 4 adults. Large outdoor space for exclusive use although not private as overlooked.
  
  What could be improved: The aircon was inadequate and would have needed to be on 24/7 to make any real difference to the temperature.
  There is definitely a problem with the drains as there was a terrible smell from the shower. It improved a little after the shower had run for a couple of minutes but the smell was quite overpowering first thing in the morning. These downside are a real shame as the apartment itself and location were very good

  The location was excellent, being just a few minutes walk from the old part of the city and main Piazza's and Basilicas. It was also only 20 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment was very neat and clean with a large terrace. Athough the terrace was situated within the internal building walls, i.e. no external view from the terrace, we inagined it would be a pleasant place to sit and relax in the warmer months. The interior of the building was very smart with marble floors and walls. Security seemed very good with at least one internal security gate barring corridors once you had gained access to the main building, which itself was accessed through an electronic keypad. The building was generally quiet and we slept well every night. The door to the apartment had the feel and thickness of a bank vault door! We had no concerns over security in the apartment or building. The apartment had two large flat screen tv's, one of which could access Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Spotify, etc plus good Wifi.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that could be improved would be addition of a few kitchen implements. For example, there were no Tea Towels nor was there a draining rack. We had to wash up our plates and dry with a hand towel. Also there was no colander, which seemed a but crazy as we were in Italy. How do you drain Pasta easily? Finally, there was no bread knife or breadboard. The kitchen space would have been so much more useable with the addition of those few extra items.

  Very good central location, close to the major sights and lots of places to buy food. The clothes washer and extra large drying rack were helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment did not give the impression of being thoroughly cleaned. There were a couple of random (unfolded) towels lying around. They may have been clean but impossible to tell. The kettle should have been emptied. The oven tray was dirty and one of the spare pillows did not have a pillow case. The terrace would have been nice if it was not for all the bird droppings and the fact that the one plant had been left to die.
