  Place is quite big. It has private parking space. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Despite being next to the train station, it was very quiet and we heard no outside noise

  It was an excellent little apartment. The location was close to a supermarket, pharmacy, and metro station. The apartment was modern. Ms. Michele was very welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna, as it is suitable for families.

  The apartments are spacious and well kept. Very close to the airport. Michela the hostess was very helpful, and responded to all our queries even ensuring we had a late checkout as we have a baby with us. Overall, a great stay!

  The perfect stay after long flight with a young family, they left a floor jigsaw for our boys which was a kind gesture. Also lovely surprise for us adults two beers, water and cola.

  The apartment is very clean and most of the fittings are new and in very good shape. Despite its small size, it can accommodate 4 adults (for a short stay). The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is top notch – sparking clean, fluffy towels, fit with all consumables. Michela, the host, was very friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. I recommend it for short stays in Bologna for groups or families. There is also a private parking place behind a closed gate.
  
  What could be improved: The gas heater is loud and comes on every time someone uses hot water – not a problem, unless someone sleeps in the kitchen and some else uses the hot water accidentally.
