  The room is amazing, close to Stazione Centrale (distance is around 2km and the route is beautiful as well) the neighbourhood is safe, there is anything you may need from shops, cafes to restaurants and whatever you may need.
  The place is so cozy, new and so clean and you can check-in online and get your keys remotely (met the lady that was on duty and she was so nice and help me with few questions – thank you!)
  
  What could be improved: Just to note you can hear the neighbours from time to time, but is not a constant.

  We had a lovely stay! Arianna was so kind and helpful—she made sure we were settled in comfortably and gave us a warm welcome. The room was spotless and in a perfect location, close to everything we needed. Service throughout our stay was excellent. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

  Very central, very clean and very clear instructions to enter. Also quiet considering the location. There’s a common area with a fridge and tables/couches, which is nice to have.
  
  What could be improved: Just a tip – I’d put a mosquito net on the bathroom window, so that people would open it and ventilate without the room being infiltrated by mosquitos!

  Location was excellent, about as central as you could be in Bologna. The building itself is a little bit tricky, with multiple entrances, two different wings, etc. but the instructions provided by the host were excellent and very thorough. The room was comfortable and very clean.
  
  What could be improved: We were very happy with the whole thing. The decor is a bit pedestrian– it's not a particularly beautiful space– but for the price it was absolutely appropriate.
