  Posizione perfetta parcheggio gratuito in strada 15 minuti a piedi dallo stadio, Carrefour a 200 m. Appartamento pulitissimo
  Piccole attenzioni che non ho mai trovato da nessuna parte ( accessori bagno, tutto l occorrente anche per la colazione…merendine caffè the biscottini e anche un lecca lecca!!!)
  Camera spaziosa e letto molto comodo.

  Casa spaziosa per due persone, pulita e situata non lontanissimo dal centro né dall'Unipol Arena, è stato possibile parcheggiare la macchina sotto casa senza pagamento anche se non sono parcheggi assegnati, quindi ci voleva anche un po' di fortuna. Per lo spostamento in macchina è stata comoda è strategica. Era disponibile tutto l'essenziale, tutto bene.

• Prima verblijf, zeer schoon, veel ruimte, fijn balkon en restaurant op loopafstand Il Tambucciotto – Pm from France – 26 May 2025 (9/10)

  Locatie was prima, parken dicht bij, fijn met de hond, badkamer prima, slaapkamer lekker groot, kamer was in orde, keuken van alles aan apparatuur prima verzorgd.
  Sleutelkastje was handig en op de doorgegeven plek In het gebouw was het ook even zoeken maar na app contact met Michele direct gevonden
  
  What could be improved: Parkeerplaats, je moet zoeken naar een plekje in de straat of in de doodlopende straat om de hoek. in eerste instantie was het wat moeilijk vinden maar de garagehouder tegenover was zeer vriendelijk en vertelde waar we moesten zijn.

  Leiligheten var veldig fin og praktisk for oss og inneholdt alt vi trengte for oppholdet. I tillegg var beliggenheten perfekt for vårt formål med turen. Området var stille og rolig og vi hadde ingen problemer med å finne parkeringsplass for leiebilen vår. Verten var veldig hyggelig og svarte raskt på våre henvendelser. Vi har allerede bestemt oss for å komme tilbake hit.😀

  Sehr hübsche großzügige Wohnung, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden von Michele per WhatsApp betreut, immer sehr freundlich und effizient. Wir durften auch flexibel ein-und-aus-checken, alles unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum aber die Verbindung mit Bus ist gut (15 bis 20 Minuten Fahrt).
  Wir würden ein andermal auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.
  
  What could be improved: Es wäre nützlich einige allgemeine Informationen direkt vor Ort zu finden , zum Beispiel Password für WLAN, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Lage der Bushaltestelle: ein Blatt würde reichen.

  This apartment was absolutely a treasure! First – Marzia is the best host ever! She gave us a lot of advices where to go/eat, was so kind and booked us a taxi on time for our early flight. The apartment is located in peaceful area, there is pizzeria on the first floor of the building and a Carrefour market 3 mins away. Was so clean and there was everything u could need – plates, tea, terrace, hairdryer… even a hair straighteners! The center of the city is on 35 min by bus. The bus stop is very near!

  The apartment has everything you need, and a fully equipped kitchen.

  It was really great, the host was very kind and helpful and everything was clean and there was a lot of space. I kindly suggest this place, bus station is very near the apartment and is very well connected with the city center!
